How do I schedule an appointment?
If you are a NEW PATIENT, please call the office at 503-990-8395 to schedule a new patient appointment. We will send you a new patient form to your email address. Please fill this out prior to your appointment.
If you are an established patient with Dr. Jones, you can schedule an appointment online at the Schedule button on our website or you may call the office at 503-990-8395 to book an appointment.
How do I cancel an appointment?
You will need to call the clinic at 503-990-8395 to cancel your appointment. Please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a $50 charge.
Does Dr. Jones bill insurance?
Yes, Dr. Jones will bill your insurance company as a service to you but it is your responsibility to know your benefit coverage for Naturopathic Medicine. Please contact your insurance company to learn about your plan benefits. Many insurance plans cover Dr. Jones as an out of network provider. The only plan she is contracted as in-network with is MODA. You are responsible for any charges that are not covered by your insurance plan.
How do I get refills for my prescription?
Call your pharmacy and have them fax a refill authorization to our clinic at 844-778-7077. Please give 72 hours to process prescription refills.
Does Dr. Jones treat children?
Yes, Dr. Jones treats children for specific medical complaints but she does not offer primary care for children. You will need a separate primary care provider for your child.
